Game of thrones is an American fantasy drama that has attracted record viewership on HBO and has a broad international fan base. This blog showcases the recreated version of the actual data visualization on the screen time recorded for the Top 100 characters in Game of Thrones from Season 1 to Season 7.

The recreation was based upon certain factors along with a series of steps to achieve the final visualization.
The replicated version of the visualization using Tableau is as follows.

The entire process was based upon certain factors and various challenges were overcome to obtain the final replication. Some of them are listed below.
- Analyzing the type of chart (in this case, stacked bar chart) being used for the actual visualization.
- Examining the data set and storing the data appropriately into Excel file to be used as the data source.
- Choosing apt measures and dimensions while plotting the stacked bar chart.
- Utilizing the Marks feature in Tableau to adjust the Color, Labels and other attributes.
The goal of the replication was to reach as close as it gets to the actual version of the visualization that figures out the main character in the show according to their screen times.
This study reveals that Jon Snow has been the primary character and viewers might see Jon Snow most in the upcoming season 8 as well.
